Posting from my business account for anonymity. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Meghan Hole. As a woman who is a POC who is also a professional with a stable job and a great health benefit plan, I was quite surprised when Meghan paused our session to inform me that my benefits had not covered the total cost. Therapists are good. DBT group is good. Clinic communication and administration is terrible.
Good therapist. Just costly. They are worth it, financially it was alot for me though and i had to go somewhere else. they are definitely better than my current covered therapist.
Phenomenal therapy group and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Shout out to Cheri for all the amazingly effective and actually helpful trauma work and support I have received.
I have done the DBT group with Inspired Minds, which effectively dealt with my struggles! I also wanted to shout out to Nicola for being an exceptional psychotherapist.
