This review is for the Memory Care Facility that is attached. My Mom spent one year here and the care was the absolute worst I've ever seen. They routinely would "lose" my mom, they didn't know where she was often. Her room was not cleaned. She was rarely bathed. Workers are often sitting around or nowhere to be found. One time we spent an hour looking for my Mom and I found her in a utility closet. This place should be shutdown. Awful.

My brother in law has been a resident at The Pearl for almost two years. The entire team starting with Shirley the Executive Director, Laureen and Kelly at the front desk, Hanna in activities, Mike and Scott in Facilities Maintenance make our family feel very reassured that my brother in law is well cared for. The team is always very helpful and responsive.

My 94-year-old dad has been at The Pearl for four years. That said, there are always issues that arise in any assisted living facilities. However, I have found the staff to be very helpful when it comes to dealing with the issues of an aging parent. Two staffers, Laureen at the front desk and Will who assists my dad in his room on a daily basis, have been very helpful to us/me. My dad, Norbert King, has been at the Pearl for over 5 years now and the people there are wonderful. I could name many of the people there, but Loreen at the front desk is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to help the residents, she truly cares about all of them and makes my father feel like he is family.
