Good community, Disappointing build quality. The warranty is all hype, if you ask me; its setup so that the builder can choose to ignore costly work items. They will delay until the very end of the warranty period, regardless of how it impacts your life; give them HELL or you get nothing. Inspired homes is (or was in my case) under no authority (2-10 included) to perform work on any item that you report; you will have to use arbitration the courts if they refuse you; regardless of the expense to you! my advice to you as the ... read more

good community, but disappointed with the build quality. lots of defects discovered after closing. Home warranty claims are a pain, and this builder is unresponsive with home warranty issues that are not easy; I am forced to harass them to work on the items; really very frustrating. Further, when they do show up and do the light work, they damage the finish work, leave protruding metal bits stick out, and tell us it's our responsibility to fix the damage they just caused.
