Update: now over 4 years and still not at lock up. Continued excuses, no oversight, lack of responsibility. 5 years after signing contract. Completion date over 2 years ago. House is still just a shell with zero progress since last year. Never touch this company or the stress will put you in the grave before your house is built
Do not for your own health and well being go anywhere near this company. From the lack of work to the made up excuses,broken promises and just flat out lies, I would not let them build a sandcastle. As soon as they sign you up ang get the down payment the delays and the excuses start. Try any other builder and save the stress
