Was given a guilt trip from the dentist accusing me of not giving effort to take care of my teeth. This happenened during COVID. I barely had money at the time and the last thing I needed was to be guilted by a dentist. I just needed a tooth pulled, that’s it. Was left with gauze in my mouth, in pain and bleeding. His name was Dr. Rob I believe. Never again.
Been coming since summer 2024, and the staff and Dr. Puerto are all super amazing. Always time efficient, friendly and communicate clearly on everything. Thank you guys!
