The office and employees are nice and as helpful as can be. I however had a horrible experience when obtaining a new mouthguard from them - for TMJ/clenching. This was in September/October. They use a 3D printed mouthguard without creating actual molds of your teeth/bite. They create the mouthguard using a digital image - which the technician had trouble completing and took several attempts.
