They are one of the most expensive closet installation companies, yet deliver some of the worst quality work. During my installation, they brought scratched poles, left the closet area dirty, installed loose poles that were not properly secured to the walls, and left black marks on the closet walls. The entire experience was a complete disaster, and I do not recommend this company at all. I have hired Inspired Closets for two projects. Once for walk in closets and recently for a project involving an office and a living room wall unit. On both occasions Inspired Closets delivered beautiful designs by Gail Neil with excellent execution on site. Highly recommend using Gail and her team.
We had such a beautiful experience designing and the installation of our closet system. The designer, Gail, guided us through the process and she was a pleasure to deal with. The installers Rick an Hayden were also a pleasure and they were very knowledgeable of the installation process. We are happy with the results and would recommend Inspired Closets.
Beyond thrilled with my new gorgeous main closet from Inspired Closets! Casey W. was so knowledgeable and consultative in his design and recommendations. He was able to construct the perfect organization for my large space! Installation was fast and professional. I will absolutely be using them again for other spaces.
The team at Inspired Closets was amazing, providing detailed design and recommendations for our (2) master closets. Installation was a breeze and we LOVE the new closets. We will call Inspired Closets again when it's time for guest rooms!
