We were very fortunate to hire the services of Inspired Closets for our den in our loft. We had the pleasure to work with Gary, the designer, Bella, showroom receptionist, and foremen, Jesus and Sam. Bella in the showroom was very helpful and attentive to our needs in showing us the newest product line. So nice to have every inch of my closet now usable space and organized!! Well, not much to say other than I’m very very disappointed with inspired closets. I’ve been a customer of theirs for the last two years. I’ve spent over $20,000 having the closets replaced in my house and shelves. I have a new project for a new home that we purchased. I called and spoke with Bella and told her the situation with the timeline and schedule. She said she would get right back to me within the hour. She never got back to me. We had a great experience from start to finish with Joel and his team. They worked through quite a bit of design variations so appreciated their patience :) and worked with us on a design that matched with our budget which was critical. Install was seamless and we love the final result!
