Inspired Closets provided all of our closets, pantry and garage in our new Belfair home. They are experts in laying out space and making the most of any area. It also was great to one stop shop with them and LaSource for our other cabinet and counter top needs. I would highly recommend them.
We are so happy with our 2 reach in closets that inspired closets did for us. My closets are so efficient and pretty now. John the installer was top notch! I will say you have to trust the process, not alot of communication but they got it done. You have to be flexible but it is worth it. So happy!
How many times will I have to call and email to get a response? My closets were installed a year ago and the whole process was a nightmare. I chased and chased them until they sent one guy to do 3 closets and he admitted he couldn’t do them alone. Then, they left the closets half finished for weeks. When they finally called, I was just out of surgery and had to say yes to them coming because I knew they wouldn’t come otherwise. My surgery had ended literally 2 hours before. I put down a deposit on an installation. They do not answer their phones, their texts or their emails. I’ve been ghosted after repeated attempts. Very frustrating.
Made an appointment confirmed it .salesman never showed up or called. Disappointing 😕
