The first time I chose to buy from Inspired, I was taken aback by how courteous and knowledgeable the staff were. I have been pleasantly surprised at how in tune they are with each customer individually. Nice set up. Good customer service. Store.looks great. Shopping for shatter only had 3 selections available which motivated the 3 stars and upon paying for product first thing that came up was tip. That bothered me. Feels like everything's a money grab anymore every where you go. If the service was that great that I felt I should leave a tip then I would have.
