I am enjoying both the variety and length of classes as well as the number of "special" events like fitness photo opportunities, accountability programs, and especially the other people--mostly women--in the classes that work with my schedule. I like that I'm not tied down to a specific day or time and can find something challenging and fun to work around my other outside-of-gym fitness routines. The friendliness and acceptance of other members AND the instructing staff is amazing.
I started my first class with Joan doing the Nordic walking. Loved it! Joan’s patience and training is great! Highly recommend this class.
Going to Inspired is the highlight of my week. I went there before, during, and now after my pregnancy and honestly I'm not sure what I was doing before I found this place. Thank you Team Inspired
