I’ve been a member of Inspired by Fitness for 10 years, and I absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing—so supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your journey. I am enjoying both the variety and length of classes as well as the number of "special" events like fitness photo opportunities, accountability programs, and especially the other people--mostly women--in the classes that work with my schedule. I like that I'm not tied down to a specific day or time and can find something challenging and fun to work around my other outside-of-gym fitness routines. The friendliness and acceptance of other members AND the instructing staff is amazing.
I started my first class with Joan doing the Nordic walking. Loved it! Joan’s patience and training is great! Highly recommend this class.
