I wish I didn’t have to give any stars. I used this company’s shampoo and conditioner, the antifrizz products since my hair dries out and frizzes. It caused a severe rash, itching and my scalp burned all day. My husband used the products too and had the same reaction. Be careful! After further investigating reviews, and digging really deep, I found other reports of people experiencing hair loss with these products. Several weeks ago I purchased the Keratin Protein Shampoo and Rinse. I used them only 2 times before giving up. Getting the shampoo out of that little hole in the opening was bad enough, but it was the conditioner that was the pits. It was like trying to pour or squeeze paste out of that tiny little hole in the cap. I thought I'd be smart, so I took the lid off and put some water in the bottle and then (tried) to shake it. I purchased the Hask Macadmaia Oil Shampoo and conditioner. Within two weeks of using it my scalp broke out and my hair began to fall out. I've had to go to the dermatologist and have a medication I've had to use for the last two months. Now I'm nearly bald and suffer from constant scalp irritation. When I contacted the company the response was basically oh well. The product is no longer offered on their website, I wonder why?hmmmm.
