Customer service shocking waited 2 days for my full order and got excuses after excuses they took my money and didn’t care after 15/01/2025 still not resolved but higher people than me involved terrible service
Used Inspired Bathroom & Plumb centre recently to supply some aqua boards and a door for our shower cubicle. Great service and advice and an excellent price. Couldn’t get cheaper boards even on the internet. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.
After service disgustin returned 2 brand new immaculate panels but due to the box packaging torn he wanted to fob me.off and say he cant re sell them even though he admitted the panels were not damaged in anyway then wanted to charge me a re stock fee never heard this before on any return . Ok to have your money at time.of sale but then afterwards never had such appauling service and excuses. I first encountered the proprietor when I needed new taps after getting a bath installed after an emergency. He quipped “who buys baths from Screwfix” well a lot of people do! He offered me a deal on an ex demo bath tap and sink tap. I had to return to the shop as he had only provided one braided hose the sink tap, then accused me of misplacing the hose, alarm bells rang again & I had to convince him otherwise.
