OMG, I love this place. So loud and fast and dark and those cold scented towels at the end! It's like clubbing - on a bike! (You can't help but sweat here.) If cardio is your thing, then this is the finest cardio there is!
It is an amazing class! The instructors are really enthusiastic especially trent and luke(love u guys). The staff are always eager to make you feel welcome and help you in any way!
Love the whole concept of Inspire , the only place where you can totally switch off during a workout , you will be inspired by great instructors and it’s a beautiful facility , can’t recommend it enough !!
