One of the best spin class I've been to, great facilities, BUT Do note that there's a small window after the 10 am class for aftercare, and you may experience a little pressure to leave if you don't hurry more than I did. :( It was my first visit, and I had to shower + take medication on time. Talk about anxiety being reminded about the clock! Otherwise, would pop in again for a class with Cait, very exceptional instructor. :)

Best start to the day and a great work out, always feel great after. Grace and Alex are both certified queens.

Inspire Cycle is incredible! They have the best instructors, vibes and customer service. Any time I have anything I need assistance with, the team goes above and beyond. Could not recommend the whole team more.
