My experience living here at Inspire West Town has been exceptional! The units are all updated, with excellent amenities. They have an attached heated parking garage, plus plenty of parking around the complex; it's also a short walk to the train station and close to the West Loop, Fulton Market, and River North. Maintenance, Jimmy, is fantastic; he quickly fixes any maintenance issues and is very friendly and professional. I really enjoy living here and being part of Inspire West Town. The property is kept in great shape and the common areas are always spotless. I haven’t had any problems with my apartment since moving in, which I really appreciate. Max, the manager, is always on top of everything and makes sure things are taken care of. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and easy place to call home.
After a weeks weeks of living here, I can confidently say that this is my favorite building that I've lived at in Chicago. Aside from the wonderful location, views, and amenities -- Management has been so incredibly kind and helpful! The overall vibe and culture of the building feels so welcoming. Special shoutout to Harry who did a great tour for me when I was looking at the units, and Max who is amazing at communicating and always makes me feel heard. Jimmy is also so on top of maintenance. I'm so grateful to be at IWT!
