Did not get my security deposit back. I am owed $1500. It has been almost two months since my lease ended.
Inspire West Town has been a great place to live! Shawn, the building manager, and Jimmy, the building's engineer are very welcoming and professional. They are very responsive to any issues or concerns as well. The building is also in a great location with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping in walking distance!
I’ve been here for about 7 months now and have had a great experience! It is on the pricey side but definitely worth it for the location and amenities. Shawn and Jimmy are the best! They will always tell you to “Have a great day” which means a lot! I have had issues with my AC leaking but our maintenance hero Jimmy came to the rescue! We get building updates weekly that help with the living experience. The views from the top floor amenities are amazing. Gym is fully equipped, etc etc.! Come view your future apartment here!
I recently moved out, I could rant about this for hours but they still to this day owe us (and probably 15-20 other residents that lived in the building) 6k dollars. I spent probably 6 months trying to come to an agreement with them and they basically just kept saying take us to court because they know we have to pay their lawyer fees.
