Physical Therapy with Elisa has been the most pleasant experience. She is thorough, knowledgeable and a great patient educator, I’ve learned so much from our sessions. I highly recommend Inspire Wellness and Physical Therapy to anyone in need of treating and getting to the root cause of their pain.
Rachel helped me recover from plantar fasciitis through exercises and releasing extremely tight calf muscles. I now have about 10 very good exercises that I do regularly to continue to strengthen my feet so I can continue an active lifestyle pain free! Highly recommended!

I can honestly give Inspire Wellness Five Star rating for performance. Before I retired on May 31, 2017 I weighed in at around 314 pounds! I had suffered with osteoarthritis since around 1990. Both of may knees were replaced in 2007 and my left hip was replaced in 2015. I am going to have surgery on both shoulders in the near future. Very professional and friendly staff, but most importantly: it works. I have seen PTs several times for ongoing lower back issues and I have seen tremendous improvement during my time here
