Dr Somers was very thorough and took the time to explain the various procedures and what she was testing for. As a patient with co-morbidity she also gave some great advice on frequent re-checking of my prescription. So glad to have her and the rest of the inspire team in my neighbourhood.
Extremely poor service and unprofessional - last minute cancellation. We came to our appointment and was made aware Dr. Chloe Somers was sick and our appt was cancelled. We received a phone call the morning of (which we missed) but no other effort was made to communicate this cancellation to us. I understand there was a missed phone call, but there are multiple ways to communicate the cancellation to us to ensure we do not show up and waste our time.
Both of my sunglasses had each lost a screw on one side so I had been using a safety pin to “fix” it as McGyver would. But this was temporary. At some point the safety pins kept on falling so I stopped wearing my sunglasses and with the sun coming back out my eyes were tearing up with the glare. Great place, everyone very professional and friendly. Dr.Somers was very knowlegeable, competent and kind. This will definitely be my go to place for vision care.
