I started going to inspire studios because I wanted to incorporate some cardiovascular training into my fitness routine. Since I don’t typically enjoy cardio I wanted to do something that was group oriented for that added motivation. I tried a free class on Tuesday at 5:30 with Olivia Terrell and was hooked! Ended up buying a package and have been going every week for a month now! The atmosphere is welcoming and the trainers give off a great energy to keep you motivated during the class. Definitely recommend!
This place is my sanctuary! Love these girls so very much! I am in such a better place with Inspire Studios as such a huge part of my life!
3/7/19 - **UPDATE** Head on over to Inspire Studios to check out the new spin studio! No matter your fitness level, Gretchen, Kristin, Tina and Olivia will make you feel comfortable and give you an wonderful experience.
