Lost my email to contract av services for mile high station. Told me they’d send a tech at 4pm to walk us through the system. No one ever arrived. Called them over 30 times. They don’t answer their phones. Horrible customer service. Don’t use them.
I recently worked with JS AV on an event and their customer service and day-of tech support was excellent. I would highly recommend!
JSAV's equipment, setup process, staff, etc. were all great. Where they really stood out was customer service. We had a highly unusual situation occur just before our event that was completely out of our control, and JSAV was in constant contact checking in and seeing how they could help out. We were not sure if we would need to postpone the event and they were very flexible and patient while we figured out how to proceed.
