Very bad experience with Inspire sleep. They used to be located back in Langley in 2021 during COVId and I needed a Cpap machine and the lady that sold us the unit was really rude to us and disrespectful. I was new to the Cpap world and how everything works and needed the machine for surgery requirement and had to buy it off them but knowing what I know now I would not buy it from them again. I had gone to this place to buy my Cpap mask and hose, Lynn was very friendly and educative, I loved service and how she explained about looking after my unit was phenomenal, I highly recommend everyone to go there when it comes to your beauty sleep,
Tried to price gouge me for a cpap machine via thecpapstore website. They are cheaper elsewhere- buyers beware.

I have used their online store thecpapstore.ca for a while now and they have been great to deal with. Their prices are better than Amazon and there is zero concern that you are going to receive a counterfeit item with them. I bought a new CPAP machine through them the other day Through one for their amazing weekly sales). It shipped promptly and arrived before the advertised delivery date. When it arrives it came without a a power cord. I sent them an email to let them know and they shipped it out priority.
