I have never had a worse customer service experience than with the Inspire Sleep customer support team. After more than 2 months of trying to navigate their qualification process. While I was able to get a sleep test from their affiliate, Ognomy, they never helped me successfully get connected with a clinic. Very bad experience with Inspire sleep. They used to be located back in Langley in 2021 during COVId and I needed a Cpap machine and the lady that sold us the unit was really rude to us and disrespectful. I was new to the Cpap world and how everything works and needed the machine for surgery requirement and had to buy it off them but knowing what I know now I would not buy it from them again. I had gone to this place to buy my Cpap mask and hose, Lynn was very friendly and educative, I loved service and how she explained about looking after my unit was phenomenal, I highly recommend everyone to go there when it comes to your beauty sleep,
Tried to price gouge me for a cpap machine via thecpapstore website. They are cheaper elsewhere- buyers beware.
