Asked for Cowgirl copper. They fried my hair. Destroyed my hair!! Then when I went in to fix it they acted like there was nothing wrong with it and they refused to refund me. Lady named Abby was extremely rude to me.
My daughter asked for curtain bangs that sweep to the side and they cut her bangs straight across. Prom is this weekend and now she is stuck with a hair style she did not want and does not like. She is so disappointed.
Abby did an amazing job with my hair! The shampoo is always the best part of getting your hair done but she set the bar high with that. Throughout the service she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to make my hair absolutely perfect even though I kept her late (I have a lot of hair). Thank you for your time and clear dedication to your craft. I appreciate you and will be back!
