One, it is very hard to get anyone there to answer the phone. Two, the clinic's website is substandard. I could never get the website's appointment page to work. Three, I found Dr. Hope Haffizulla to be uncooperative and unprofessional. I don't know about the other doctor at the clinic, but Dr. Haffizulla is terrible, in my opinion.
My husband and I have been coming to this office for the past year. In the beginning it was a great experience. A few months back my husband had bronchitis and was told he had to wait till Monday of the following week for an office visit. He could not wait and we ended taking him to Patient First. Made several calls to Dr. Hope Haffizullas' office with no answered calls and no return phone calls back. My husband right after that ended up with a severe flu.
