My husband and I have been coming to this office for the past year. In the beginning it was a great experience. A few months back my husband had bronchitis and was told he had to wait till Monday of the following week for an office visit. He could not wait and we ended taking him to Patient First. Made several calls to Dr. Hope Haffizullas' office with no answered calls and no return phone calls back. My husband right after that ended up with a severe flu. Others seem to have great experiences here, but I most definitely did not have an enjoyable healthcare experience here. My only positive experience was that they got me in really fast considering wait times elsewhere for primary care so I could get an annual check-up a few months back. However, while going through my medical history, it felt like an interrogation and the doctor even rolled her eyes at me, sighed loudly and rubbed her hand over her face in exasperation while I was calmly talking about one of my medications an... read more

Dr. Haffizulla is wonderful. She listens and cares. She is very thorough. Highly recommended for a primary care doctor.
