I've been to this clinic twice now for mastitis management. Both times the girls were so wonderful, making sure I could be squeezed in for a same-day appointment to get on top of things. The team is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend them
Friendly and caring staff, beautiful clean clinic, fair price. They fit me in as a new client for a short notice Emergency appointment when I was in severe pain post pregnancy. I am now going regularly and the INSPIRE team are guiding my recovery, I've made more progress in 1 month than I was able to make in the last year. Thank you INSPIRE!
I have been going to see Liz since I was 9 weeks pregnant, i am now 34 weeks. I have a super flexible body so when those relaxin hormones hit I needed a good physio to stablize my pelvis and back. I CANNOT speak more highly of Liz. She is so hands on and I've never left feeling like it was a waste of time or money. Liz has the most welcoming and beautiful personality, she always give extra advice for things you can do at home to keep your body healthy and comfortable during pregnancy. Been seeing Anna since becoming pregnant and could not rate her highly enough. Really helped relieve my discomfort and been very kind and friendly during the process. A great physiotherapy practice.
