Having a surgery which required therapy my insurance sent me to this location. Instantly they required to max my benefits out. From day one they had me in more pain then I came in with. Having to dial back my apt's due to the harsh reactions I received with each visit. Then the staff having inconsistency about funds required. When asking for a manger they denied me by hanging up. This is not a location to go to unless you want to be mistreated. So I quit, and so should you.
I've had hand therapy twice at Inspire, following surgeries for thumb arthritis. Both experiences were great: the care was excellent and tailored to my needs, the providers are experts, and it's a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Everyone that works here, from the front desk to the primary provider, is professional and friendly. My recoveries were excellent.
It was like summer camp and now it’s over. Great people especially Brian & Jess. Will miss seeing them.
Nothing but praise for Christina and her team! Sarah tailored my hip replacement therapy to help me rapidly recover and build strength and flexiblity in my new right hip. The interns were well versed in helping with exercises ensuring proper form throughout. Thank you all for an outstanding recovery experience!
