I’m writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received during a recent visit to your facility. As a military family (my husband is currently active duty and I am a veteran) we were referred to your clinic through Tricare, and I had been waiting since July to finally begin physical therapy. Edit: So this is a legitimate review, I do have experience with this facility, and clearly I made the right choice to seek therapy elsewhere as I do NOT bother leaving phony reviews on random businesses sites on Google. Yeah, the customer experience will be the undoing of this facility. I had a great experience with a past therapist who I am unsure if they still work at this facility. From the moment I got a timely appointment as a new patient to the days I've been treated my experience has been superb. I have been to other PT facilities and none compare to Inspire. Every appointment I had started on time, every staff member was friendly, professional and most of all effective in delivering their part of my overall experience.
