In August of 2024 I received a call from the morning staff employee around 8 am stating my grandfather fell and was on his way to the hospital I asked when did he fall and was he okay ( thinking he had just fell ) They told me he fell through the night but an ambulance was called around 8 am because he was not able to get out of bed I asked them why was he not taken when he fell and asked can the director call me so I can speak with her and see what’s going on The director stated the over night employees stated “ they didn’t... read more
