Very unprofessional, schedule us for a appointment for September 5th at 9:45 am and serval other parents showed up waiting for the doors to open if they are going to sign you up for fake Appointments you can release put a closed sign on the door , absolutely terrible customer service
If I could put a minus 1 I would. The youth fitness coach is unprofessional and lacks educational skills to teach proper form or age appropriate exercise. Don’t waste your money.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this gym. Ongoing staffing problems have caused repeated disruptions, including frequent cancellations and, in some cases, the elimination of an entire recurring class. This has left families with a lot of heartbroken children, tweens, teens left to find a new gym. We were especially disappointed that the scheduled class was eliminated rather than temporarily covered while a replacement instructor was found. Cool spot for all the little ladies involved with cheer. Supportive staff. Nice equipment. All around great environment for cheer families.
