I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office has been extremely frustrating and concerning. On 3/10, I called to inform the office that my 87-year-old father would not be able to make his appointment (My father was frustrated with the level of care and didn't want to go) I was then told the appointment was actually scheduled for the next day 3/11 and that it was a telephone appointment, despite the appointment card clearly stating 3/10 and making no mention whatsoever of it being a phone visit. I started getting a bill mailed to me in June and every month following for a visit I had a year prior. There are no instructions on how to pay it and I’ve reached out to the number and email contacts without getting any help. Every time front desk transfer me to billing department to pay/understand what this bill is, I get to voice mail and they never call or email me back I tried to pay online but the website is broken. I don't tend to go to doctors offices frequently, but I was pretty impressed with the professionalism and genuine engagement with my questions from the staff here. My only real complaint is that I got a couple bills at very different times. They weren't absurdly high or anything, but it was a bit frustrating feeling like I had settled up bills, just to get another a month or two later. That might be more to do with insurance stuff than the office, though.
Have had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone from the doctors and nurse practitioners to the front office staff are professional, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. They've been very effective in diagnosing issues, providing treatment, and getting the necessary prior authorizations (which has been a real headache for me at other providers).
The doctor and nurse practitioner are really thoughtful and attentive . They are very supportive throughout the process , and help not just with the issue at hand , but also make sure we have a plan for preventing reoccurrence
