Brian (owner of Inspire homes) is a smooth criminal. My husband reviewed previously and attached photos of the poor quality craftsmanship we received on our new build. Brian, is non responsive, unprofessional and never on time with any completion dates scheduled on our build. Sadly, this experience has left us shy from EVER wanting to build again. If we could give negative stars we would. It was the worst home building experience we could have imagined not only did we end up with crooked floors and walls. The interior doors are warped (That are covered under the manufacturers warranty) we are still waiting on to be replaced almost two years later , we moved in on June 18 in 2021. Also had severe drafts across the floors in several rooms due to lack or proper adhesives and sealant application to the inside and outside Tyvek was not taped in some spots.
