I had a massage with David who was very thorough. He discussed any issues and made sure I was okay as he was massaging. He sorted out some sore spots and even gave me an exercise to do at home. He has a very friendly manner and I look forward to another massage one day.

I have been seeing Haydyn (exercise physiologist) and gained noticeable strength and confidence. He even promoted me to a more serious training group. I recently tried Ben for an ongoing knee issue, he was able to "problem solved" and fixed it with needles, pressure and exercises. This is a busy place that is full of energy. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
