I have been undertaking exercise physiology sessions with Aaron, aka Coach, and the gains in strength, muscle and mobility have increased my everyday functionality. The staff here are very professional and helpful for my ankle rehab. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to recover from injuries.
Strong recommend - for exercise physiology and physio. Have been going for over a year now, seeing Patrick for a chronic pain issue. I’ve seen steady progress, with regular updates to programming, unfailing attention to detail and a real depth of biomechanical understanding. The gym floor is well equipped, there are plenty of time slots before work and everyone is super friendly (as well as knowledgable). Can’t really ask for anything else!
I’ve been to Inspire Health Services for physiotherapy twice so far, and I’m very impressed. Robert Haugh is professional, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I already feel an improvement after the sessions. Highly recommended!
Ben was amazing! I had 5 sessions with him and he showed great dedication to his work. He was very caring and thoughtful, helping me overcome a long lasting foot injury. His shoe recommendation were very helpful as well. Highly recommend!
