It was my first time in the salon and I was rescheduled with Isabelle because another stylist was sick. I am so happy I did because she is phenomenal. She has such a sweet easygoing personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. She understood my goal for my hair and was super confident in explaining how we would achieve that. I highly recommend Suzy. Not only was she personable, but she listened carefully to what I did and did not want for my hair, how much effort I'm willing (or not willing, in my case) to put into styling it myself, and was confident and competent cutting my curly hair.
