I recently joined. A member for a month. I looked at their equipment soon after they opened and found it to be the best I've seen in Idaho thus far. The equipment is the best I've seen in ages. I've been in a Gym since I was 11 years old. Whether cleaning up at a young age, strength training for myself and cardio and for other reasons. I was even a Trainer at one time. Best gym in the area hands down. The people are great and the gym is always clean and organized. I use the sauna almost everyday and have used the cold plunge quite a bit. They also have a massage chair (I think it's a bit extra for that, but worth it). I've used other gyms in the area and this gym is the best. The owners have done a great job putting it together and making sure that it has everything you could possibly need for your work out.
