Jen started training my 9 year old boy. He loves every minute of it and talks about it for days after. She is patient and does great with kids. The gym has tons of equipment to cover whatever you are looking to work on. Jen is always available for questions and puts her heart into what she does. Definitely would recommend!
Would give it 6 stars if i could. Not busy, air conditioned on a hot day, tons of machines and free weights. Best gym I've been to by far.
