Brian will accommodate your needs, create diverse workouts, encourage consistency and champion your growth. You have the benefit of his experience, a beautiful gym, and lots of different tools to make every workout unique.
The work Brian did with me ended years of debilitating back pain and improved my overall health and fitness. He tailored a workout routine that challenged me without being overwhelming. I especially love his new location in New Canaan!
