I went to the Langhorne branch and purchased a certificate. The young lady i delt with was very professional and polite!
Horrible!!!! If I go to a check cashing store all they do is make a call to verify the check. Why does it take 12 days for my money to be available? On top of that at first one lady told me 1-3 days. This economy is bad enough for this bank to put a lock on my check. I can't even get it back. Horrible!!!!! I want my money
horrible. stay away. if you want to be able to use a debit card and not have to pay bills through your account number and routing number i highly recommend you go anywhere else i wish i could leave less than a star because they deserve nothing.
i wish i could leave less than a star, they were horrible. opening a new bank account and leaving as soon as i find somewhere else to go. refused to investigate who was stealing my cards and also refused to give me a new debit card. they left me with no other option
