My son had a dental issue and they were the only dentist in the area who answered the phone and was able to get my son in first thing. They were very caring and Dr. Balk was amazing. Explained everything to me and helped me and my son feel confident and comfortable. Office staff has been very friendly and I’ve always been able to get through on the phone. Love the multiple locations too!
The office was clean and staff was professional, and friendly. Dr. Lee was kind & courteous. He explained the entire procedure as it went along. Hygienist, Taylor, went out of her way to bring me downstairs in my wheelchair to meetup with my son. ✨

Everything went well starting with the appointment. Dr Lee got me in three weeks early than original apppointment. He took me in on time, explained every step of the procedure as he went along. Almost painless. The filling was put in quick and easy. No issues. I was on my way in no time. The novicane wore off just when he said it would.
really nice people, took good care of me right away, couldn't have asked for more.
