Very fun class- fast pasted and high energy and social.
I’ve never been happier waking up before sunrise to exercise. Now I actually can’t think of anything better than finishing a 6:15am spin class at Inspire before a day of work. The hit of endorphins is off the scale, not to mention the fun, sense of accomplishment and community this place breeds! The addiction is real 🤩🤩🥰🤩
I’ve been hitting up Inspire Cycle Richmond for my regular spin classes, and let me just say—this place is a game-changer! 🚴♀️💥 The energy in the room is always on point, and the instructors seriously know how to keep you motivated.
