I've seen Brandy for several years now and she is a great counselor. Just recently we did Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) therapy, which is mean to help relieve triggers from trauma. It's a simple, one session process that helps to reduce negative emotions surrounding traumatic events. I had the ART therapy session almost a month ago and I feel so much lighter! Through ART therapy and Brandy's help I feel better prepared to deal with my issues. I highly recommend ART therapy for those who have triggers from trauma.
I’m lucky enough to call Brandy my sister but I’m even more lucky that she’s chosen this career path because she can help even more than the average person. She’s wise, no nonsense, and she means business when it comes to mental wellbeing. I trust her with my life!!
