Very nice park, well maintained, great people. A must see.
Family friendly park with great neighbors. Well maintained and lots of trees. Great management, pool, playground, basketball court, and gated community.
Amazing company!
We have lived at Pueblo Sereno for two years. The park is quiet and very well taken care of. Management is responsive to requests and needs. The residents we know are friendly and active. I look forward to community activities and yard sales.
I am an attorney and have worked a great deal in the MH industry. I can attest that Inspire's communities are beautiful and well-maintained. I have been greatly impressed by the Inspire Communities team members I have come to know. The company's culture flows from Rick Andreen, a very positive, insightful and inspiring leader whom I have known as a friend for 25 years.
If you value your safety do not move here the manager is not professional. She's a liar and she does not do her job. You will not be safe in your home you will not receive your mail. You will not have your garbage picked up and your home and possessions may become flooded. It's not quiet it's not clean it's a lot of homeless people walking around breaking the law.
So this park is screaming safely.. Houses put on stilts(they want you you to pay 1000 to 1300.00 a month for), people having pools,swing sets, weight benches,dogs tied up,cats everywhere (on your cars and under your homes).... Empty homes left unlocked,doors open. The community playground has a broken slide. You have at least two drains that are unsafe. One a little kid could fall in and the other has been crunched so bad I don't know how any water gets thru. Whom ever has done some of the road work looks like they just left... read more
🚫 ⭕️ ⭐️ Rating! If you value your health and your finances don't move here! The manager Michelle Marsili will lie to your face saying the homes here are safe and clean and there anything but safe or clean! She refuses to fix anything and will not return your security deposit, then she will sue you for damages that do not exist or there the same issues you previously asked her to fix after you've moved in and discovered them! Take tons of photos before you move in and before you move out and please spend a few extra dollars ... read more
Please don't move here! The manager Michelle Marsili is a Deceitful Liar that will tell you the house your going to rent or buy has been cleaned and sanitized and I thought I was going to vomit when I saw what was actually in the cupboards the kitchen drawers the water tank area with tons of dangerous black mold and inside of every single window and especially inside the heat / air vents and ducts throughout the entire house were full of mold absolutely disgusting bacteria filled filth and damaged extremely dangerous fibergl... read more
