Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The concierge and maintenance team were always on it. Great location and in a safe area.
To preface this, I am not a resident here and never will be. I’ve been hosting one of my friends from this apartment almost every weekend just to try to get him out from the seemingly never-ending construction. He invited me over 3 weeks ago and his entire living room wall is gone. There were gnats everywhere in his kitchen and it was honestly sad to see what they're making him go through. I’m just writing on their behalf in hopes that this can help anyone who is looking to move in here.
These apartments have been our home since we moved from Texas to Charlotte in 2024. We renewed our contract because we love the location, the friendly neighbors, and the easy access to a walking community and local events within walking distance.
