Concierge is amazing! They are so on top of it. The communication is so timely and considerate. Amenities are fantastic. This complex does 2 events a month, usually with free food and beverages. The place is kept clean. It’s very safe. This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, no complaints.

We are relocating from another state, and she has been incredibly helpful—answering all of our questions quickly and guiding us step by step. Apartment viewing felt like applying for a credit card. Two levels of verification, asking for address and face. Even the bank is easier! Reception offered zero help. Sharing personal info without even knowing if I’ll rent? Ridiculous.
We all know how stressful it can be when you’re relocating from another state so when it comes to deciding on where to live, you’re at the mercy of the agent. They set the tone for your overall tour experience and that experience then contributes to your decision. Because of Shanice, I ultimately made the decision to call Inspire home. My experience living at Inspire was deeply disappointing. They will do anything to grab every penny out of you. Even if the apartment is in unhabitable condition. I had to live without AC for 2 whole months because of terrible management. The management and overall service completely ruin the experience. The building is cheaply constructed — you’ll notice foundation cracks, thin walls, and constant noise issues.
