I looooved my experience!!! It was my very first time ever getting box braids and she walked me through the entire process she gave me her expert opinion and we went for it and it turned out amazing!!! Not to mention there was zero judgement (as I am a white girl) some feel the need to judge my hair styling choices and she was 100% supportive and so kind!!
Super professional and punctual. Every time she does my daughter’s hair she is nothing less than satisfied. Her space is a whole vibe too. Very relaxing. Love love love her!

If exceptional service was a person, it would be Mrs. Carlene! First time going to her and she has made a return client out of me. She is so experienced and so kind, she's super funny, and she did such a bomb job on my hair! Will be back!
