I had a great experience at Inspection Furniture, thanks to Ryan. He was very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. He helped me choose a beautiful console table along with a few decorative pieces that fit perfectly in my space. The quality of the furniture and décor is excellent, and Ryan made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Really bad experience with them. They took wrong measurements and ordered totally wrong style. When I share the concern. They refuse to fix the problem. The actual owner was super nice. But not this young fellow. Sales staff did not pay attention to my complaint I am stuck with this furniture not suiting my family room. I will never go back. And I am glad to see they are closing. They should not be in business.

Staff was very helpful but the owner was rude. I asked what she could do as a gesture (eg reduce cost of delivery or offer one or two hundred off the package) when my friend and I were buying around $10000 between up. She made no business response of any kind and spoke to me rudely. They were only giving a modest black Friday discount of 15% and charging 1.9% if you used your credit card.She makes it really hard for her staff to make sales. I bought a bed frame and mattress from Inspiration Furniture and was really impressed with their outstanding customer service. We had to go back and forth a few times, and the team was always patient, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Ryan in sales, and also to the warehouse and care teams for making sure everything went smoothly. They truly care about their customers.
