Staff was very helpful but the owner was rude. I asked what she could do as a gesture (eg reduce cost of delivery or offer one or two hundred off the package) when my friend and I were buying around $10000 between up. She made no business response of any kind and spoke to me rudely. They were only giving a modest black Friday discount of 15% and charging 1.9% if you used your credit card.She makes it really hard for her staff to make sales. I bought a bed frame and mattress from Inspiration Furniture and was really impressed with their outstanding customer service. We had to go back and forth a few times, and the team was always patient, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Ryan in sales, and also to the warehouse and care teams for making sure everything went smoothly. They truly care about their customers.

Purchased a chase sofa in January 2025 and it's not even 6 months, it begins saggy. Inspiration Furniture tried to repair it but it's still the same or even worse. When asked for a refund, I was informed that as it was in a deal that's y m not eligible for a refund rather I can go with exchange (all other brands give a refund even u buy something in a deal or discounted price). I've been to every single furniture store on United Blvd and was most impressed with Ryan Wu who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
