This is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We originally ordered through Lowe’s and this company was set to do our countertops. They took about a week to contact us just to set up an appointment to come measure everything. We were told they should call us within 2-3 days of original purchase. The company stated they would give a 30 minute heads up prior to arriving to do measurements. My husband wanted to come home to make sure any questions he may have would be answered. As a customer, I would not recommend Inspiration Designs. The site out of MN has dropped the ball numerous times. We origionally ordered through Lowe's. Paid for our product. Communication started good, then problems started popping up. I was called a few weeks in and told delivery was scheduled they would see me the following week. The next day I was called and they wanted to reschedule because they were running behind.
