Can’t say enough great things about our experience. My four year old split her chin open and the staff here from start to finish were amazing with her! The PA Jackie and her assistant were a dream team and were so grateful for them!! Thank you!!
Over the past six months I've good experiences myself and with both of my kids, all of the staff is friendly and I've never had to wait long. But my one bad experience last week brings me to leave this review. I'm prone to bronchitis because of my asthma and get it a few times a year. That's why I thought it was odd I had an awful sore throat and weird feeling in my ears in addition to the bronchitis I knew I'd be diagnosed with when I went to urgent care last Thursday. El peor lugar donde ir, llegue 30 min antes de mi cita y me toco esperar 2 hrs para ser atendida, es frustrante.
Great front desk staff but wait time is insane.
I went on a Monday afternoon & my visit went much better than expected. I'm suffer from anxiety & it takes a lot for me to seek out medical care. Everyone was very nice & helpful. The nurse & doctor (Jacklyn I think) that saw me were very compassionate and made me feel at ease. In total, my visit took less than 90 minutes, I've had normal dr. visits that have taken much longer. The wait wasn't bad at all & the waiting room is spacious so one can distance themselves from sick patients. (It wasn't crowded on my visit however).... read more
