Great front desk staff but wait time is insane.
I went on a Monday afternoon & my visit went much better than expected. I'm suffer from anxiety & it takes a lot for me to seek out medical care. Everyone was very nice & helpful. The nurse & doctor (Jacklyn I think) that saw me were very compassionate and made me feel at ease. In total, my visit took less than 90 minutes, I've had normal dr. visits that have taken much longer. The wait wasn't bad at all & the waiting room is spacious so one can distance themselves from sick patients. (It wasn't crowded on my visit however).... read more
Went on a Sunday as a walk-in. Very nice facility & everyone was pleasant. Short wait & the Dr put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend!
We have used this urgent care numerous times. Wait times vary but we have always had a pleasant experience with the support staff, nurses and doctors. We usually feel very dismissed at other urgent cares, but this one has been great.
