I came in for a pre employment physical and the LPN Jeanne and Dr.Ansari made me feel very comfortable during my visit and were very kind!
I dont even want to rate this place 1 star. I went there for back pain due to a work injury, and i had Dr.Ansari. she repetitively told me that i wasnt following the treatment she gave me even though i was, she downplayed my injury completely. Told me "its not my problem you're in pain" and "you're not disabled, i dont know what else to do for you" even after i asked countless times to get an MRI referral. I finally left and went to a new doctor, got an MRI done..turns out i have 4 herniated discs and 2 bulging discs. Im in ... read more
Inspire thinks it’s acceptable to make patients wait because they are transitioning to the new my chart system . These functions should be taken care of (training) transfer of records etc before hours not during regular hours where patients coming in for urgent care can be seen as quickly at possible. Hence URGENT CARE. I arrived and stood at the desk for ten minutes before being handed a clip board to fill out random information that inspired already has in there system . Absolutely amazing I was checked in did my paperwork I was probably there for about maybe 20 to 30 minutes and my MRI was about 20 or 30 minutes I was in and out and all the people that work there were really nice to me especially the tech for my MRI he was awesome
