I want there over a week ago for a physical, lab work, fit test for N94, and urine drug screen. They took my drivers license at the front desk and when I asked for it back they refused to give it back until I was done. Of course I forgot about it and they did not give it back when I checked out. I asked them to mail it, and I was met with resistance. Horrible with the wait time. Arrived at 10:45am and was still sitting after 3pm! Might as well go to the ER! Thats truly unexceptable.. Lobby had 1 person in there. Place wasnt full at all. Either nurses are lazy or they pick and choose which cases they want to see and when they want to see them! I usually have a nice experiences when it comes to urgent care like Pennsville is nice but this by far is the worst. Will surely avoid coming here ever again! Other reviews state the same about hear and I see why..
Great service and Great care . Dr. Bennett was knowledgeable a true expert in his field ! He treated me and took the time to discuss next steps. Modern medicine but old fashion care ! Highly recommend.
Can’t say enough great things about our experience. My four year old split her chin open and the staff here from start to finish were amazing with her! The PA Jackie and her assistant were a dream team and were so grateful for them!! Thank you!!
