Completely unprofessional. The doctor completely did not care about my issues and belittled me. I do not recommend at all.

Awful experience, I was trying to be seen by a doctor, but wouldn’t let me in without a convid test. They instructed me to call the hotline but no one picks up. I find this ridiculous in a global pandemic we cannot have better customer service regarding COVID-19 testing.
It’s 6:50pm on a Saturday! And I’m told they are closed when I call. Hours of operation 8-8. This place is hitting home runs.
Went to Inspira Urgent Care a few weekend ago because literally my entire body was hurting…muscles and joints. I check in, they scan my ID and insurance card and then send me out to my car and say they’ll call me for a telehealth visit. Didn’t listen to my lungs, didn’t take my blood pressure, the doctor just talked to me on the phone and took a guess at a few things it could be and wrote a generic steroid prescription.
