Best of the best. I see reviews about wait time but I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen with my appointment made and they always answer the phone when I call. OB nightmare at with my last prenatal care team at Penn Lancaster. Ever since I transferred over to Jersey Inspira, I’ve had nothing but good things to say. They are super helpful/informative. I love Pat and everything. Very nice people and quick at their jobs. I love it there.
They do not care how long they make you wait no matter how far you are. They will take other people in who have come in AFTER you and sit there and gossip the whole time. Then, they make you wait even more when they have a room for you. What’s the point of putting someone in a room if you’re not gonna see them anytime soon??? Asking for a friend....
I wish I couldn’t even give them 1 star. This office is rude, doesn’t care if you have to wait over an hour & a half after your appointment. They tell you other people who barely waited 10 minutes are getting other testing than you that’s why they went first. This place is a joke. They do not care if you have to wait & even if you keep going up to the front desk they give you stupid responses. I will never be back. No pregnant woman should ever have to wait over an hour in these uncomfortable chairs.
Every time I have come for my appointments it takes forever to be seen. Last time, it took 2 hours for me to be seen! They never seem to answer the phone, I can never get ahold of these people. It’s a disorganized mess over there, I felt completely in the dark through my whole pregnancy so far up until I decided to switch because they’re so bad.
