I kept trying to give this place a chance. My last visit was extremely invalidating with the nurse focusing on my weight and diet drugs which had 0 to do with why I was there. Every time I have sat in the waiting room the tv is blaring with something that definitely doesn't support or uplift. This particular visit the tv had a very outspoken anti LGBT+ celebrity being interviewed, not very welcoming. Dr. Kreines is absolutely fabulous! She very thorough and explains everything in detail. The office staff and nurses are also so very kind and helpful. The office itself, is beautiful! Highly recommended this place and especially Dr. Kreines!
PRACTICE IS TERRIBLE. POOR COMMUNICATION. Office visit 9/25. As of 11/13 procedure not scheduled. ALMOST EIGHT WEEKS LATER! Was NEVER told the DR's were not credentialed with the insurance company and it would be weeks before a procedure could be scheduled. I needed to get this procedure in for insurance purposes prior to the end of the year and this practice just deceived me. Had I know this information, I would have gone somewhere "established". The "nurse" I spoke to today on the phone was rude, basically called me a liar... read more
