I’ve been here for the Urgent Care several times over the years and they’ve been nice and helpful most of those times. My most recent visit was exactly what I needed when I couldn’t get to my primary doctor promptly. The doctor was very educated, helpful, and seemed genuinely caring.
EDIT: After speaking with Patient Services, they immediately investigated the issue for me and made sure it was taken care of. There were no questions asked they just handled it and was extremely friendly on top of that. Thank you guys so much! ORIGINAL: Staff was very friendly but becareful of unknown costs. Had called and asked how much it would cost to get a covid test done without insurance. A specific price was given so I decided to get it done. really kind staff but i had to call 46 times before they answered the phone bruh
As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed- Dr. Bullock took the time to get to know me and asked lots of questions to get a full history from me. She is very nice, would definitely recommend her!
Very friendly staff, clean facility. I never have any issues with getting an appointment
