Inspira recently bought this practice and billed me incorrectly for an office visit. It's not run as well as the old practice management. Inspira refuses to work with the insurance company to get this issue resolved. Looks like my wife and I will have to switch to another practice. Right now, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
The doctors here are nice. The front office staff however is a completely different story. They are extremely rude and not empathetic whatsoever. I’ve had to make a complaint with their office manger and still no change. The doctors are the ONLY reason I’m continuing to be seen at this practice.
This is a Doctor's Office, best doctors you could ever find
Dr Ocasio gives his patients the best possible care. He is extremely patient with me when I have an appointment with him and never rushes me out the door. Even on a tele health call he genuinely wants to know how I am doing. His office staff always are extremely pleasant and caring as well.
