Took a family member here, we arrived at 9pm and left without being treated for her chest pain at 1230am. I called the nursing supervisor who was of no help. The triage nurse had no affect. The patient care tech was rude because I was insistent that my family member should be a priority to be seen related to her chest pain. I thank Elmer Er for such fast service on the evening of February 8th 2022. My son had just finished putting a snare together for Scouts and accidentally cut his pinkie with the wire… Elmer was able to get us in and out in 1/2 hour with a Tenus shot. I have always had a great experience even during Covid. They are so sweet to my 2 girls when they are sick. My kids will not go anywhere else but Elmer. You are never here for a long period of time even during covid. Clean rooms and bathrooms Love you guys keep up the good work
Going to the ER is never a good time but I had such a positive experience with the staff at this ER. Now the waiting area was its own kind of beast (lots of people, one man constantly making gagging sounds, one guy pacing back and forth and singing) they were very busy and I did have to wait about an hour and a half to get to triage (all of these things out of their control) but once I did get back into triage I had a wonderful experience with my nurse. They’re not very thorough and the nurses are straight up rude. I would go somewhere else if you can.
